Contiguous United States
We offer FREE 3-4 business day shipping on all orders within the 48 contiguous States and the District of Columbia.
We offer PAID 1-2 business day expedited shipping at discounted rates. Shipping costs for these options will be calculated at checkout.

Alaska & Hawaii
We offer FREE 10-14 business day shipping on all orders to Alaska and Hawaii.
We offer PAID 4-6 business day shipping on all orders to Alaska and Hawaii.

Fulfillment Time
Orders will be shipped the same day if placed before 12:00 PM Eastern Time. Orders placed after 12:00 PM ET may still be shipped the same day but failing that they will be shipped the following business day.
Orders placed on Weekends or Federal Holidays will be shipped the following business day.
Return Policy
We offer Free Returns within 100 days of purchase, for "as new", sealed products in resalable condition. We will cover return shipping costs.
All expedited shipping purchased is non-refundable.
If you receive a defective or damaged product, OR an item damaged in transit, OR an incorrect item, please let us know within 30 days and we will provide a replacement or a full refund upon return.
If you wish to return a product please contact us at sales@proluxmaterials.com and we will provide a prepaid return label. Once received the product will be inspected and your refund processed within two business days.
